While the house was a maternity hospital at the end of the depression, this upstairs suite was for postpartum recovery, where mother’s were allowed to convalesce for two weeks before returning home. While the room was previously available for two guests it has been converted to a suite with the space for up to four guests. There is a king bed in the main room, a twin trundle bed in the second room, and a bathroom that connects the rooms. There is a private bath in the room with an integrated seat shower stall.
This room has air-conditioning, heat and hot water radiators, which are original to the 1915 house. Access to the continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. One parking spot is included in your stay. There is additional free street parking.
