While the house was a maternity hospital at the end of the depression, this upstairs room was for postpartum recovery, where mother’s were allowed to convalesce for two weeks before returning home. This room is sunny and warm with its south west facing windows. There is a private bath in the room with an integrated seat shower stall, and it is the largest of the bathrooms in the house.
This room has air-conditioning, heat and hot water radiators, which are original to the 1915 house. Access to the continental breakfast is included in the price of the room. One parking spot is included in your stay. There is additional free street parking.
